Forwarding ports is a useful trick in gaming because it can really help to make your network connection most stable and frequently even faster. When you are playing Starwars Empire at War you might need to forward some ports in your router. Resource management and exploration are common themes in strategy games. They come in both turn-based and real-time versions, the former allowing each player a chance to complete their turn, the latter having a continuous running clock without stopping. They can be either single player against bots or multiplayer against other players.

They could just use the same mechanics as ship battles I guess but it'd look awkward.Septem(Last Updated: August 17, 2021) | Reading Time: 2 minutes They'd need to be built in with a new system from the ground up. The only thing I see a problem with is that starfighter battles just don't have any existing counterpart in total war. Jedi and Sith fighters can be based off of duelist and magic lords from TWWH. Ship-to-ship combat can be copied from the Empire/Napoleon games again. Orbital bombardment and aerial support could be included on ground battles the same way Dark Elves' Black Arcs participate in battles. Gunships like the LAAT could easily be copied from the way Gyrocopters are implemented. War machines like the AT-AT, hovertanks, etc won't be too different than "monster artillery" units like Bone Giants and Cygors in TWWH2. You could implement Republic and Rebel styles by just giving them much smaller units (like the Chasseurs from Napoleon) with "stalk." We saw that the Confederacy's and Empire's battle style is similar to the Empire/Napoleon TW eras' "line up and shoot" tactic. Honestly Star Wars would fit in really well with Total War.
